Reincarnation request

Having lived with mosquito netting in the bottom of the bunk bed I've been sharing with Sylvie for the last three weeks, I would humbly request not to return to this earth as a tent catapilar. Every night I have to carefully fold myself to get under the top bunk and contort further to get inside the netting. This combined with the placement of the three fans in the room can be quite challenging to do without any bumping or tearing!

Although the goats and chickens have free rein of the most places in Ghana, I think I will pass on coming back as either of those, either, given the garbage I see them eating (not to mention the wading they do in the open gutters). Great free range life, terrible diet (hmmm, now that I think about it, not too far removed from the typical North American!)

If I had to choose I'd go with the lizards. They are sleek and have great colours (yellow and green) and are free ranging too. It seems like a tough choice, but a diet of bugs wins out over garbage any day.

:)
